Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is further to our intimation(s) dated December 18, 2025, December 29, 2025, and January 5, 2026, wherein the Company had informed about entering into Shareholders’ Agreement (SHA) for investment in Clean Max Yellowstone Private Limited (“Clean Max”), in one or more tranches.

We now wish to inform that, pursuant to the SHA, Clean Max has today, i.e., on January 29, 2026 has allotted 22,372 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each, towards the Second and Final Tranche of agreed investment, for consideration of Rs. 2,69,58,260/- (Rupees Two Crore Sixty-Nine Lakh Fifty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Only), aggregating to 8.78% of equity share capital of Clean Max. With this the entire investment pursuant to the SHA is completed.

We also confirm that there is no change in relevant details as provided vide our earlier intimation dated December 18, 2025, (in Annexure A) under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, hence the same is not repeated herewith.
