Sub.: Intimation for meeting of Board of Directors and Closure of trading window

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 07, 2025, to inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons, framed pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereunder, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives will remain closed from July 01, 2025 and it shall remain closed until 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchange(s) i.e., August 09, 2025 (both days inclusive). The Designated Persons of the Company are being informed of the same.
