Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Regulations) and Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder we wish to inform you that the Shareholders at the 60[th] Annual General Meeting have approved the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP (Firm Registration Number 304026E/E-300009), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the conclusion of 60[th] AGM held on August 12 2021 till the conclusion of 65[th] AGM to be held in 2026 of the company.

The new auditors, " M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP," have been appointed in place of the existing auditors M/s. S R BC & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, retiring auditors, whose term completed as the statutory auditors of the Company at the conclusion of 60[th] Annual General meeting of the Company.

Further the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in Annexure 1.
