Mr. Telang was also a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

The Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during his tenure and is deeply saddened by the loss. The Board of Directors convey their appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Mr. Telang during his association and offer their sincere condolences to his family.
