The details of the appointment, as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015, dated September 09, 2015, are given in Annexure.

Prior to this, Mr. Sanjay has also been an Audit Partner with B K Khare & Co.- a leading firm of chartered accountants. Mr. Sanjay’s professional achievements include setting up and managing a lean and effective internal audit function by adopting contemporary audit practices and processes including leveraging data analytics tools and data visualization tools for internal audit processes. |
