To consider and approve appointment of Vinaya A Joshi as the Compliance Officer of the Company under Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
“RESOLVED that, consequent to the resignation of Ms. Hemiksha Bhojwani (Membership No. ACS 22170) as the Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours of May 11, 2020, approval of the Board be and is hereby accorded for appointment of Ms. Vinaya A Joshi as the ‘Compliance Officer’ of the Company in terms of Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with effect from May 12, 2020.
RESOLVED FURTHER that any one of the Directors or Chief Financial Officer of the Company, be and is hereby severally authorized to sign the necessary forms, letters, disclosures and any other document with relevant authorities, furnish certified copies of this resolution and to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary to give effect to this resolution.”
