Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Ms. Rama Bijapurkar (DIN:00001835) as an Additional Director (Non-executive and Independent) of the Company w.e.f June 17, 2020.
Further the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in Annexure 1.

Background & Professional Experience
Rama Bijapurkar is one of India’s most respected thought leaders on market strategy and India’s consumer economy. She has an independent market strategy consulting practice, spanning diverse sectors and business types, and describes her mission as bringing “market focus to business strategy”. She is also Professor of Management Practice at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
Ms. Bijapurkar is one of India’s most experienced independent directors and has served on the Boards of several of India’s blue-chip companies. Past Boards include Axis Bank, RBL Bank, Bharat Petroleum, National Payments Corporation of India, CRISIL, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., Infosys, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Redington Gulf FZE. She has also served on the Governing Council of the Banking Codes and Standards Board of India and IIM Ahmedabad. Ms. Bijapurkar is also a member of the Eminent Persons Advisory Group of the Competition Commission of India. Presently the Boards that she serves on include ICICI Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, Nestle India, Emami Ltd.
Education
Ms. Bijapurkar holds a BSC (Hons) degree in Physics from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Ms. Bijapurkar is a dominant voice in India, through her writings and public speaking, on subjects to her areas of interest. She is the author of the internationally acclaimed best-selling book on Consumer India, “We are like that only: Understanding the Logic of Consumer India” and its sequel “A Never-Before World: Tracking the evolution of Consumer India”. She is also the author of “Customer in the Boardroom? Crafting Customer - Based Business Strategy”.
