Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ms. Vinaya Joshi (ACS 25096) has been appointed as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, w.e.f June 17, 2020.
Please be informed that Ms. Vinaya Joshi continues to act as Compliance Officer of the Company in terms of Regulations 6( 1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The intimation to this effect was submitted to the exchange on May 11, 2020.
Further the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. Cl R/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in Annexure 1.
