Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ms. Hemiksha Bhojwani (ACS22170) has been appointed as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, w.e.f. April 01, 2019.

Please be informed that Ms. Bhojwani continues to act as Compliance Officer of the Company in terms of Regulations 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The intimation to this effect was submitted to the exchange on December 31, 2018.
