SHARE AND OPTION CONSOLIDATION
Cullen Resources Limited (“the Company ”) is pleased to advise that the Company’s share capital following the 22:1 share and option consolidation, as approved by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 23 October 2018, is as follows:
118,114,979 Fully paid ordinary shares; and,
909,090 Unlisted options exercisable at $0.066 each expiring on 30 November 2020.
