Request for Suspension

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, Cullen Resources Limited requests the granting of a suspension for its securities pending an announcement by the Company in relation to an exploration update.

It is requested that the suspension continue until the earlier of 1 trading day from the date of this letter or when a market release is issued indicating the recommencement of trading (which is expected to be issued prior to the open of trading on Thursday 16 September 2021).

Cullen Resources Limited confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a suspension should not be granted; and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
