Cullen Resources Limited (ASX: CUL) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Cullen Resources Limited (‘CUL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CUL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 9 April 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Cullen Resources Limited requests the granting of a trading halt for its securities pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.
It is requested that the trading halt continue until the earlier of 2 trading days from the date of this letter or when a market release is issued indicating the recommencement of trading (which is expected to be issued prior to the open of trading on Friday 9 April 2021).
Cullen Resources Limited confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted; and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
