RESULTS OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

The Directors of Cullen Resources Limited are pleased to announce that the Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”), which closed on 17 December 2021, was well supported by shareholders. A total of $560,000 in applications has been accepted by the Directors. Accordingly, a total of 32,941,198 Shares has been allotted.

The Directors acknowledge and appreciate the support of shareholders who participated in the SPP.
