Fe Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Fe Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 16 May 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT: Fe Limited (ASX: FEL)

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 Fe Limited (ASX: FEL) ( FEL or the Company ) hereby requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) in respect of its securities.

The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement from its joint venture partner Sandfire Resources NL (ASX: SFR ) regarding an exploration update from drilling at the Morck’s Well Project in Western Australia. FEL holds an interest in Morck’s Well Project tenements E52/1613, E51/1033 and E52/1672.

FEL requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 16 May 2018 or until the release of an announcement in respect of the above matter.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
