NOTICE OF DISPATCH OF RIGHTS ISSUE OFFER MEMORANDUM

Buka Gold refers to its Offer Memorandum and Appendix 3B lodged with ASX on 1 July 2008 in relation to a one (1) for three (3) non-renounceable rights issue priced at $0.10 per new Buka Gold share ( Rights Issue ).
