CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ('CTT') informs that its subsidiary CTT Expresso - Serviços Postais e Logística, S.A. ('CTT Expresso') was notified today of the unconditional authorisation of the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia ('CNMC') for the acquisition of exclusive control of Compañia Auxiliar al Cargo Expres, S.A.U. ('Cacesa') by CTT Expresso.

CTT expects the acquisition of Cacesa by CTT Expresso to be concluded during April.
