CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs that today it concluded the acquisition of the total share capital of "Transporta - Transportes Porta a Porta, S.A." ("Transporta"), a company which offers integrated logistics and last-mile cargo solutions in the Portuguese market, following the verification of the agreed conditions precedent (including the non-opposition of the Competition Authority).

This acquisition falls within the scope of CTT's expansion and diversification strategy, both via a new offer for delivery of items above 30 kg and the creation of a new growth platform for the Company within the last-mile logistics and cargo value chain, thus adding value to its customers.

In the $1^st$ quarter of 2017, Transporta recorded revenues of 3.2 million euros.
