CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs that today it signed an agreement for the acquisition of the total share capital of "Transporta - Transportes Porta a Porta, S.A.", an entity operating in the freight distribution and transport market, for the price of €1.5m, due upon closing of the transaction and subject to adjustments, particularly a price increase that may occur over the 3 years following such closing depending on the synergy and revenue generation.

This transaction falls within the scope of CTT's strategy to capture growth opportunities in neighbouring markets with potential synergies, adding to its portfolio a new offer of delivery of items above 30 kg and creating a new growth platform within the last-mile logistics and cargo value chain. Thus, CTT will provide an integrated solution for its customers' various logistics and delivery needs.

This acquisition is subject to a set of conditions precedent, including the non-opposition of the Competition Authority.
