CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs that, as the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of CTT, Professor António Gomes Mota, expressed his unavailability for a new term of office starting in 2020, the shareholder Manuel Champalimaud, SGPS, S.A. informed the Company that it had, together with other shareholders, addressed an invitation to Mr. Raúl Galamba de Oliveira, who acceptedit, to join the list of members of the corporate bodies as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The list will be submitted to the next Annual General Meeting of CTT.

Mr. Raúl Galamba de Oliveira was Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, in the Financial Services sector. He was Managing Partner at the offices in Portugal and Spain, globally responsible for the Risk Management Practice and member of the global Board of Directors. He is currently Senior Advisor and Director of several companies in Portugal and Spain.
