("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs of the resignation of Mr. António Manuel de Carvalho Ferreira Vitorino, effective immediately, from the position of Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, due to professional reasons related to his appointment to a position in another entity.
