PACIFIC PORTS<00659> - Share Consolidation Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of NWS Holdings Limited ("NWS HOLDINGS") (Formerly known as "Pacific Ports Company Limited") have approved the consolidation of shares on the basis of 10 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of NWS HOLDINGS into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). Effective from Monday, 10/02/2003, a temporary counter under stock code 2911 and stock short name "NWS HOLDINGS" will be established for trading in board lots of 200 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 659) for trading in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
