APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

The board of directors (the “Board”) of NWS Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Ho Gilbert Chi Hang (“Mr. Ho”), who has been an executive director of the Company since 9 July 2018, has been appointed as the chief operating officer of the Company which shall take effect from 1 February 2022. In addition to his current duties and responsibilities, Mr. Ho will assist the chief executive officer and executive director of the Company, Mr. Ma Siu Cheung, in the daily management and operations of the Group.
