Ctac appoints ABN AMRO as liquidity provider

's-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands), 24 April 2020 – Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) today announces the appointment of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. ("ABN AMRO") as liquidity provider to further facilitate trading in Ctac ordinary shares listed on Euronext Amsterdam.

This step is in line with Ctac's strategy, in which the company's stock exchange listing represents an opportunity to attract external capital for general business purposes and acquisitions.

ABN AMRO's activities as Ctac's liquidity provider will commence on 24 April 2020.
