Ctac sells stake (59.8%) in IFS Probity

Ctac has sold its entire holding (59.8%) in IFS Probity B.V. in Barneveld to the company's current management and shareholder. This sale is in line with Ctac's ongoing efforts to tighten its strategy.

Ctac and IFS Probity intend to continue their constructive cooperation at joint clients and on joint projects.

IFS Probity books annual turnover of around €6 million. IFS Probity recorded a net result of € 25,000 in the first nine months of 2015.

The sale is effective from 1 January 2016 and will result in a positive cash flow on balance of around € 300,000 in the current financial year.
