Ctac Netherlands BV, a subsidiary of ICT service provider Ctac NV (Ctac), announces its intention to found two new joint ventures with Persity Recruitment VOF: Persity Search BV and Persity Resourcing BV. With the new joint ventures, Ctac will be able to offer a wider range of services in the Netherlands and will increase its national coverage and effectiveness.
With Persity Resourcing, the two parties focus on secondment of SAP consultants. Ctac is now working mostly on a project and management basis, but will also expand its portfolio with secondment. Through Persity Resourcing, both Ctac staff as well as selfemployed professionals are deployed at customers. In addition, Persity Resourcing will employ its own staff in future. This involves consultants who choose a more entrepreneurial model. The remuneration of consultants is strongly linked to their revenue generating capabilities. By joining Persity Resourcing, employees benefit from the national network and the expertise of both Ctac and Persity.
Persity Search BV focuses on recruitment and selection of (SAP-) professionals and salesand management personnel, for both Ctac and third parties.
"Through this collaboration with Persity, Ctac is better able to realize its HR objectives in the field of hiring, promoting and the exit of employees in the coming years. This is particularly important in view of existing and projected shortage of SAP professionals," said Jan-Willem Wienbelt, CFO at Ctac.

"With Persity Search, we continue to support professionals in establishing a tenure with Ctac or elsewhere. In addition, a professional can now opt for entrepreneurship in the strong network of Persity Resourcing. We look forward to a successful partnership with Ctac in this area."
Ctac will hold 51 percent of the shares in the companies and Persity 49 percent. The two companies plan to establish the ventures no later than on 1 January, 2011. The two companies will start the preparations and the actual services as soon as possible.
