Ctac supports Mondo Minerals to become the global market leader in talc products
ICT services provider Ctac supports the optimization of the corporate processes and SAP Systems for every European office and location of Mondo Minerals. This company is an international producer of innovative talc products. With this optimization, Ctac supports Mondo Minerals' objective to become the global talc market leader.
Mondo Minerals aims at unifying all company processes in one SAP system, in order to enhance growth and the collaboration between the European offices and product locations. With its expert knowledge of SAP business consultancy and experience in change management, Ctac supports Mondo Minerals in realizing more efficiency by centralization and the proper deployment of SAP systems for its business processes.
For this project, Ctac will deliver services as business consultancy, readjustment of worldwide logistic processes, functional and technical SAP services, project and integration management and change management. The focus will be on process improvement and change management within the various European cultures present at the Mondo Minerals organization. In this international project, Mondo Minerals employees from different countries, offices and locations will collaborate in one multidisciplinary team. The project at Mondo Minerals will be completed around mid-2011.
Mondo Minerals is the world´s second largest producer of talc products. The multinational is leading in innovative talc products, that are processed in paper, paint, coatings, plastics, rubber, cordierite ceramics, polyester putty and food and personal care products. In its four manufacturing facilities in Finland (two) and the Netherlands (two), Mondo Minerals has a total production capacity of 650.000 tons per year.
