Shareholders approve dividend proposal

ICT services provider Ctac N.V. (Ctac) announces that, during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today, the dividend proposal was approved by the shareholders. In line with the proposal, there will be no dividend paid out over the financial year 2010.
