Ctac announces change in substantial participations

's-Hertogenbosch, 10 March 2025 – Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) announces that it has taken note of the expansion of Value8 N.V.'s (Value8) shareholding.

On 7 March 2025 Value8 announced that it has reached a definitive agreement on the purchase of an additional 10% stake in Ctac (the "Purchase").
