Ctac completes acquisition of majority stake in Purple Square

's-Hertogenbosch, 14 January 2020 – Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) reports that the previously announced acquisition of 70% of the shares in Purple Square Management Partners B.V. (Purple Square), a specialist in Programme & Project management and Change management, has been completed today.

Purple Square will continue to operate as an independent part of the Ctac group. According to Ctac CFO Pieter-Paul Saasen, the acquisition will make an immediate contribution to Ctac's EBITDA and earnings per share.

Ctac's strategy is focused on acquiring leading positions in the domains: IT modernisation, Connected Intelligence, Transformation & Change management, Security & Trust and Business Transformation. The acquisition of the majority stake in Purple Square is a seamless fit with Ctac's business model and strategy.
