Ctac sells Healthcare to Beter

ICT solutions provider Ctac announces that, in line with its tighter strategic focus, it has sold its Healthcare activities to V.G.M. Holding, which intends to further expand these activities under the name 'Beter'. The parties have structured the agreement via a socalled transaction of assets and liabilities, which also involves the transfer of nine employees as of 1 October 2012. Ctac will continue to support a number of systems for Beter as its partner in the field of Cloud Services.
