Ctac completes acquisition of Yellow2B and Yellow & Red
- Important addition to NetWeaver practice
- More knowledge on SAP usability and integration
- Internet applications, content management and e-business solutions
- Extended customer base
ICT services provider Ctac has completed the acquisition of Yellow2B and Yellow & Red. As of 28 January 2010 Ctac has acquired 52 percent of the shares of both companies. The acquisition costs depend on the results of Yellow2B and Yellow & Red during the next four years. The percentage of shares will gradually be increased up to 100 percent.
With this acquisition, Ctac reinforces its leading position in the market of ICT specialists in the Netherlands and Belgium. "By acquiring Yellow2B, we are able to offer the market a new proposition in the field of SAP usability and integration. Yellow & Red has a proven track record in internet applications as well as content management and e-business solutions. With this acquisition, Ctac is able to position itself more strongly. At the same time we can extend our Microsoft product portfolio. Both companies provide services to the enterprise market outside the Ctac customer base," said Jan Willem Wienbelt, CFO of Ctac.
"Ctac offers Yellow & Red new possibilities to grow and to offer our existing e-business propositions to a new clientele," said Armand de Groot, general manager of Yellow & Red. "In most cases, clients integrate our internet solutions with their existing ERP systems. With expertise in both fields under one roof, we now are able to provide our customers with a complete integration."

"Consolidation with Ctac's NetWeaver unit enables Yellow2B to introduce its recently developed concept maKLIK. maKLIK makes SAP applications easier accessible."
Customers of Yellow & Red and Yellow2B can also profit from other Ctac solutions, like ERP, infrastructure, system management and hosting.
Yellow2B, specialist in the field of SAP NetWeaver, was founded in 2001. The company provides internet solutions that make SAP systems easier accessible. Yellow & Red, founded in 2000, develops internet applications as well as content management and e-business solutions. Both Yellow2B and Yellow & Red have been profitable companies from the start. In 2009 both companies together realized an estimated turnover of approximately 3.3 million Euros. At the end of September 2009, both companies had 27 employees.
Yellow2B and Yellow & Red will be operating under their own names as independent Ctac business units. Ctac SAP NetWeaver consultants will switch to the Yellow2B organization.
