Ctac increases interests in subsidiaries
SAP services provider Ctac N.V. (Ctac) has increased its stakes in mYuice and Yanta. The holding in mYuice, which focuses on SAP solutions for small and medium-sized companies (SME sector), has been increased to 94.5%, from 87.9%. Ctac has raised its holding in Yanta, which provides specialist total solutions for the management of logistical processes in the SME sector, to 83.6%, from 67.5%. The remaining minority stakes in mYuice and Yanta are in the hands of the management.
Following the acquisition of the minority stakes in Re-Spect, Alphalogic and Ctac Belgium, announced on 28 January 2008 and completed on 11 March 2008, on 22 April Ctac also acquired the remaining 8.75% minority stake in Ctac Belgium. As from 11 March 2008, Ctac owns 100% of both Re-Spect and Alphalogic.
Ctac also expects to acquire the SME operations of Alpha Holding (former co-owner of Ctac's subsidiaries Alphalogic, Re-Spect and Ctac Belgium) and integrate same into the Ctac organisation as of 1 July. These activities represented turnover of around EUR 1.5 million in 2007.
