Ctac finalizes Crossverge acquisition
SAP-specialist Ctac N.V. ("Ctac") has completed the formal legal acquisition of Crssverge B.V. ("Crossverge"), which was announced on 29 May 2008. Crossverge develops the successful software product XV Retail, an ERP integrated total solution for retail companies.
The acquisition and integration of the small-scale SME operations of Alpha Holding into the Ctac organisation will be completed in the third quarter (instead of the second quarter).
About XV Retail
XV Retail is a flexible integrated total solution for the support of Multi-Channel Retailing, whereby each and every Point of Sales (POS) can be online linked to an ERP system. A broad range of software modules support every possible business process: from cash register sales to customers to the publication of order books. In addition, the modules support options such as internet sales to wholesale customers and logistic processes.
