Ctac adds Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics NAV to services portfolio

SAP-specialist Ctac is adding two Microsoft Dynamics-business solutions to its services portfolio. The two solutions are Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) for Enterprise Resource Planning and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for customer relationship management.

This is Ctac's response to the increasing demand among customers for corporate software that is in line with the scope or nature of their activities. Ctac combines the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution with its SAP solutions for small and medium-size companies. With Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Ctac will focus on clients or market segments for which a SAP implementation is usually too extensive or too complicated.

Microsoft's enterprise software is a key addition to Ctac's existing solutions portfolio for small and medium-size companies. A large group of Ctac's clients needs enterprise software that is in line with the scope of their company or the sector in which they operate. A SAP implementation is generally not feasible for this group, either organisationally or financially. Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a good alternative in these cases. This is also true for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which offers these companies a good combination of functionality and ease-of-use.
