Ctac s m Yuice acquires SAP Business One activities from Qrcus Holding B.V.

SAP-services provider mYuice B.V., supplier of SAP software for the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector, has acquired the SAP Business One company ERP² B.V. from Limburg-based IT provider Qrcus Holding B.V. The acquisition adds more than 20 clients to mYuice s portfolio. ERP² s Sittard offices will be maintained; this gives mYuice a physical presence in the Brabant, Limburg and Zeeland provinces.

Qrcus is the renowned SAP R/3 implementation player in the Dutch-German border area Euregio. It will focus its SAP Business One activities on the integration of Business One and SAP R/3, for which both parties have also formed a joint venture.

By offering both mySAP All-in-One and SAP Business One, mYuice can serve both larger clients with industry-specific wishes and growing dynamic companies with less complex functionalities. mYuice B.V. uses a one-stop-shop concept, specifically geared towards the SME sector, which gives clients the opportunity to place all the elements involved in an automation project with a single company.

mYuice´s total number of SAP clients in the middle market increases to over 80 following the acquisition.
