Ctac N.V. participation in Belgium , Ctac Belgium BVBA, finalises acquisition of Smart Solutions

SAP- specialist Ctac Belgium BVBA, a 5 0 .0 2 % participation of Ctac N.V., has finalised the earlier announced intended acquisition of 1 0 0 % of the shares in Sm art Solutions N.V. This acquisition will place Ctac among the larger SAP specialists in Belgium.

Smart Solutions will be the sixth business unit to be added to the already existing five business units in Belgium. Smart Solutions will focus primarily on the supply of technical SAP know-how and SAP integration expertise. In addition, Smart Solutions strengthens CtacBelgium in the areas of logistical and financial know-how. Together, Ctac and Smart Solutions will be able to serve their clients with a broader product portfolio.

In 2006, Smart Solutions realised a profitable turnover of around EUR 4.5 million. The acquisition is expected to make a direct contribution to the earnings per share. Smart Solutions currently employs 27 consultants. Smart Solutions will be consolidated as per 1 July. The acquisition price will be paid entirely in freely available cash.

Sm art Solutions NV was founded in 1998 and focuses entirely on SAP consultancy. Over time, Smart Solutions has developed a strong team of mainly technical and logistics SAP experts.
