PRESS RELEASE

's-Hertogenbosch, 23 May 2006

Continued turnover and profit growth Ctac in 2006 first quarter

SAP-services provider Ctac announces that the strong growth booked in 2005 continued in the first quarter of 2006. Turnover increased in the first quarter by 82% to EUR 8.3 million, from EUR 4.6 million in the first quarter of 2005 (turnover in the fourth quarter of 2005 was EUR 7.3 million).

In the first quarter of 2006, Ctac recorded a positive result from ordinary operations, before tax, of EUR 1.0 million (EBIT 11%), compared with EUR 0.3 million (EBIT 7%) in the first quarter of 2005 (before deduction of taxes and third party share). The net result in the first quarter of 2006 amounted EUR 0.5 million.

The results exclude Alpha Belgium. 3 January 2006, Ctac signed a letter of intent with Alpha Belgium on the acquisition of a majority stake in the latter company. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2006.

Operational developments

In the past quarter, all of Ctac's business units showed a higher level of activity. This resulted in turnover growth of 82%. The organic growth was 60%. All our activities increased capacity utilisation and booked improved results. Of the EUR 8.3 million turnover, some EUR 1.0 million can be attributed to licence sales (EUR 0.4 million in the first quarter of 2005).

AMI (Application Management & Improvements)

Turnover from Ctac's SAP management activities continues to grow persistently. Various SAP management contracts have been extended and new multi-year management and hosting contracts have been signed. In addition, there has been an increase in demand from existing clients for SAP optimisation projects. Intensive cooperation between mYuice, Re-Spect and Alphalogic has resulted in new management clients in these segments.

Cims (Integration Management)

Cims can look back at a good first quarter of 2006 with a variety of projects worked on. For example, for our client Sitel, we implemented the middleware product SAP-XI, which enables fully automates order flows and ensuing logistical processes with clients. This shows that the integration of processes between various organisations can improve efficiency significantly.

BIgrip (Management Information with SAP (BW, SEM)) Ctac has noted increasing interest among clients in the field of Business Intelligence. The business unit booked growth in the first quarter of 2006.

Ytool (Engineering and Maintenance) The capacity utilisation was good. This unit has unique knowledge in the field of engineering and maintenance. As partner certified by SAP, Ytool has built up a strong track record in this context in the past years.

mYuice (Solutions for small and medium-size businesses) The activities of mYuice continued to grow in the first quarter. mYuice focuses specifically on SAP solutions for small and medium-size businesses, by means of SAP All-In-One and SAP Business One implementations.

Yanta (logistics services for small and medium-size businesses) The positive start of Yanta Consultancy in 2005 continued in 2006 with the implementations of SAP-WMS in existing SAP environments of Ctac management clients. This demonstrates once again that SAP-WMS is an excellent solution for the administrative follow-up of internal goods flow, also in the small and medium-sized business sector. This solution is fully integrated with Automatic Identification techniques such as Barcode scanning, Voice and RFID.

Re-Spect (Retail Solutions) Re-Spect focuses entirely on SAP-solutions for the retail sector. With new contracts, Re-Spect had a good start in the first quarter of 2006.

Alphalogic (logistical services for large enterprises) Alphalogic, which focuses entirely on SAP-solutions for complicated logistical processes, also had a good first quarter.

CValue (Customer Relations Management) Developments at the business unit Cvalue (focused especially on solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and launched in early 2006) are in line with expectations.

Strategy and outlook In the past year, Ctac has further shaped its strategic vision and taken key steps to further develop the Ctac Powerhouse business model. The results of this are visible in the first quarter of 2006. In the coming years, Ctac wants to use specialist SAP expertise combined with specific market know-how to focus on promising niche markets. The growth will be partly organic and, additionally, through new strategic alliances and acquisitions in interesting niche markets. We will continuously review the competencies present within Ctac and the extent to which these meet the opportunities appearing in the market.

In the coming years, the market for medium-sized and small businesses, on which Ctac primarily focuses, will be further penetrated by SAP. The development of new targeted applications, for smaller companies in particular in the form of new templates, will contribute to this. The general trend towards contracting out application management will also continue.

In 2005, Ctac strengthened its market position. For the full year 2006, Ctac expects a continuing positive ICT market. From its sound financial basis, Ctac remains optimistic about

the growth opportunities in the shorter and longer term. Ctac will continue to place emphasis on the further strengthening of its market positions and, for the full year 2006, expects a further increase in turnover and improvement of the profitability compared with 2005.
