Ctac continues growth in first quarter 2007

SAP- services provider Ctac announces that the grow th booked in 2 0 0 6 continued in the first quarter of 2007. In the first quarter, turnover increased by 36% to EUR 11.2 million, from EUR 8.3 million in the first quarter of 2006.

In the first quarter of 2007, Ctac recorded a positive result from ordinary operations, before deduction of taxes and third party share, of EUR 0.9 million (operating margin 8 % ) , com pared w ith EUR 0 .9 m illion in the first quarter of 2 0 0 6 ( operating m argin 1 1 % ) . The net result in the first quarter of 2 0 0 7 am ounted EUR0 .5 m illion, equal to the net result in the first quarter of 2 0 0 6 . The low er operating m argin and the relatively low er profitability are the result of the replacem ent of back office system s and a lower operating margin of Ctac in Belgium. Replacement of back office systems is necessary as a result of the grow th in the past years. According to expectations, the back office system s w ill be put into use as of 1 July. The fast grow th of Ctac in Belgium is accompanied by relatively high start-up costs.

Operational developments

In the past quarter, all of Ctac s business units showed a higher level of activity. Organic turnover growth amounted to 25%. Including turnover from Ctac in Belgium, turnover growth was 36%. Of the EUR 11.2 million turnover, approximately EUR 1.1 million can be attributed to license sales (EUR 1.0 million in the first quarter of 2006).

The results in the first quarter of 2007 are excluding the recently announced intended acquisitions of Smart Solutions in Belgium, ERP² in the Netherlands and IFS probityin the Netherlands.

The intended acquisition of Smart Solutions is expected to be finalised in the first half of 2007. Expectations are that the results of Smart Solutions will be consolidated as from 1 July 2007. In 2006, Smart Solutions realised a profitable turnover of EUR 4.5 million.

The acquisition of ERP² has been finalised. The acquisition concerns the maintenance contracts of SAP systems representing a turnover value of EUR 30,000. The results of ERP² will be consolidated as of 1 April 2007.

In 2006, IFS probity realised a profitable turnover of approximately EUR 4.7 million. Parties expect to be able to effectuate the cooperation before the end of June. IFS probity is expected to be consolidated as of 1 July.

In the past year, Ctac has focused on a better positioning in the market. This has been rewarded by a number of partnerships, which have been awarded by SAP. During the annual SAP user days on 23 April, Ctac was awarded the status of SAP Hosting Partnership and was appointed Special Expertise Partner for SAP NetWeaver and for Duet.

Outlook

For 2007, Ctac expects a continuing positive economic climate in the Netherlands and Belgium. Based on its sound financial foundation, Ctac continues to be optimistic about its growth opportunities in the short and longer term. In 2007, Ctac will continue to focus on further strengthening of its market positions, turnover growth and improvement of returns compared to 2006.
