Ctac adjusts forecast for 2007
SAP-services provider Ctac expects organic turnover growth in 2007 of between 25% and 3 0 % com pared w ith 2 0 0 6 . The operating m argin is expected to be betw een 7 % and 9%, from 10% in 2006.
A relative reduction in profitability results largely from stronger efforts in new back office system s than originally planned. I n addition, the operating m argin in Belgium will be lower than previous expectations.
The replacem ent of the back office system s is necessitated by the grow th in recent years. The organisation is expected to start using the new structure as of 1 October. Ctac s fast grow th in Belgium is resulting in relatively high start-up costs.
The results for the second quarter are not yet known at this time. They will be published on 30 August.
The market prospects remain positive both in the Netherlands and in Belgium. With its sound financial basis, Ctac remains optimistic about its growth chances in the short and longer term.

Ctac is an ICT services provider specialising in SAP solutions. Activities include implementation, integration and management of SAP systems and related activities such as system upgrades and system optimisations. The company is a SAP Service Partner and the largest SAP reseller for medium-sized enterprises in the Netherlands. Ctac sclients include approximately 200 organisations in trade and industry, business services, retail, (semi) government organisations and universities.
Ctac employed 297 people as per 30 March 2007. The company is based in s-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands).
