Ctac increases stake in mYuice to 74%

ICT services provider Ctac has increased its stake in mYuice Groep BV (mYuice) from 51% to 74%. mYuice focuses specifically on SAP solutions for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs). mYuice also has a 51% stake in Yanta, which offers total solutions for the management of logistical processes in the SME segment. The minority stakes in the companies are held by the respective managements. mYuice and Yanta employed 37 people at 31 March 2006.

Profile Ctac

Ctac N.V. is an ICT services provider specialising in SAP solutions. Activities include implementation, integration and management of SAP systems and related activities such as system upgrades and system optimisations. The company is a SAP Service Partner and the largest SAP reseller for medium-sized enterprises in the Netherlands. Ctac's clients include approximately 200 organisations in trade and industry, business services, retail, (semi) government organisations and universities.

Ctac employed 212 people at 31 March 2006. The company is based in 's-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands).
