Ctac announces departure of CFO Van der Werf

's-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands), 22 March 2019 – ICT Solutions Provider Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) today announces the departure of Mr. D.G.H. van der Werf, CFO and member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Van der Werf is resigning from the Board of Directors due to personal circumstances and will step down by mutual consent at the next General Meeting of Shareholders of Ctac N.V.

Mr. Van der Werf has been CFO and a member of the Board of Directors since March 2012. On behalf of Ctac N.V., the Supervisory Board wishes to thank Mr. Van der Werf for his efforts and wishes him every success in his future career.

Following the resignation of Mr. Van der Werf, the Supervisory Board has started the search for potential candidates for his position.
