Ctac appoints Pieter-Paul Saasen as new CFO

ICT solutions provider Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) today announces that it will nominate Mr. P.P.J.G. (Pieter-Paul) Saasen for appointment to the Board of Directors and as its Chief Financial Officer.

Pieter-Paul Saasen (44) was previously employed as partner at BDO Audit & Assurance and has extensive experience in meetings with supervisory boards and audit committees of (listed) companies. Until recently, he was chairman of the National Assurance Board (assurance leader) at BDO.

The appointment of Mr. Saasen will be put on the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders due to be held on 24 September 2019, in line with the company's articles of association and provisions of the law. This meeting will be held at Ctac's offices in 's-Hertogenbosch at 10.00 hours. The agenda and the notification for this meeting will be available on Ctac's website no later than 13 August next. Mr. Saasen will take up his role as CFO following approval from Ctac's shareholders. In anticipation of the appointment, Mr. Saasen will start his financial activities for Ctac from 1 September of this year.
