Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Ctac N.V.

's-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands), 24 September 2019 - Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) announces that the following resolution has been adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 24 September 2019:

Agenda item 2 - Appointment of Mr P.P.J.G. Saasen as member of the Board of Directors (CFO) of Ctac N.V.

In accordance with the proposal, the decision was made to appoint Mr Pieter-Paul Saasen as member of the Board of Directors (CFO) of Ctac N.V.
