's-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands), 27 March 2017 – Business and Cloud integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) today announces the nomination of Mr. Gert van de Weerdhof (51) for appointment as a member of Ctac's Supervisory Board.
Mr. Van de Weerdhof's background in international multi-channel retail is an excellent fit with the existing profile for members of the Ctac Supervisory Board. Mr. Van de Weerdhof was CEO of RFS Holland Holding / Wehkamp B.V. from 2013 until 2016 and prior to that gained international management experience at Esprit N.V., Pearle Europe B.V. (Grandvision N.V.), PepsiCo International (PI) and Procter & Gamble Benelux N.V.
The proposed appointment of Mr. Van de Weerdhof to the Supervisory Board will be submitted to the shareholders for approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 10 May 2017.
Following this General Meeting of shareholders, Mr. Herman Olde Hartmann (current chairman of the Supervisory Board) will step down from his post in line with the existing retirement schedule.
The other members of the Supervisory Board are Mr. Kraaijenzank and Ms. Karsten.
