Change to management team Ctac Belgium

's-Hertogenbosch, 12 February 2015

The management board of Ctac N.V. announces the dismissal of Mr. Kris Deroo, the Managing Director of Ctac Belgium, with immediate effect.

Pending the appointment of a new Managing Director, Mr Willy Koppens, member of the management team of Ctac the Netherlands, will take over the position of Managing Director of Ctac Belgium on an interim basis.
