Douwe van der Werf appointed as new CFO Ctac

ICT Solution Provider Ctac announces that D.G.H. (Douwe) van der Werf will be nominated as a board member in the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Van der Werf (57) has gained extensive experience in (financial) management, among others at engineering company Grontmij (2003-2009) and property fund Breevast (2009- 2012).

Van der Werf will take on his duties as the CFO as of April 1st, 2012. His appointment as a board member will be submitted for approval to shareholders at the annual shareholders meeting on 16 May 2012.
