Changes to Ctac Executive Board

ICT services provider Ctac N.V. announces that Mr. Harrie van Groenendael has decided in joint consultation to resign from the Executive Board of Ctac and step down as Chief Information Officer.

The Executive Board as of today consists of two members: Mr. Henny Hilgerdenaar (CEO) and Mr. Jan-Willem Wienbelt (CFO). In the coming period, the tasks of Mr. Van Groenendael will be transferred to Mr. Hilgerdenaar.

In the past years, Ctac has strengthened the internal organisation in many ways. The operational responsibilities have changed resulting in an altered set of responsibilities of the Executive Board.

Mr. Van Groenendael will remain involved with Ctac. He will particularly focus on client acquisition, especially on large international projects, and business development.

Mr. Van Groenendael will for instance participate in the business development-platform (BDP) of Ctac. This platform has been developed following the structurally changed market circumstances and the increasing dynamics of ERP-environments. The platform will specifically focus on the strategic future direction of Ctac.
