Departure CFO Ctac N.V.

The Supervisory Board of Ctac N.V. and Mr. Jan-Willem Wienbelt have today decided by mutual agreement that Mr. Wienbelt will immediately resign as CFO from Ctac and that his employment with the organization will be ended at the beginning of 2012.

The reason for the separation of the parties is that in the past period a fundamental difference of opinion between the Supervisory Board and Mr. Wienbelt has arisen about the policy to be pursued within Ctac and its affiliated companies.

During the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Ctac in May 2012 the shareholders will be requested to discharge Mr. Wienbelt from the management he conducted. Ctac wishes Mr. Wienbelt success for the future.

Mr. Henny Hilgerdenaar (CEO) will temporarily take over the CFO portfolio. The Supervisory Board aims to fill this vacancy in the first quarter of 2012.
