Ctac proposes Henny Hilgerdenaar for appointment as new CEO
SAP-services provider Ctac announces that Mr H. (Henny) Hilgerdenaar (1960) will be proposed for appointment as member of the Board of Directors in the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Mr Hilgerdenaar has been involved with Ctac since 1994 in several functions and was appointed as interim-CEO at the beginning of this year. Before, from 2001 to 2005, Hilgerdenaar was CEO of the company. After an interim period of four and a half months, the Supervisory Board has decided to propose Mr Hilgerdenaar as CEO of Ctac.
During the Annual General Meeting, wich will be held on 14 May 2010, shareholders will be asked to approve the appointment of Mr Hilgerdenaar as member of the Board of Directors. A brief CV of Mr Hilgerdenaar is available on request.
