Ctac to appoint Ed Kraaijenzank to Supervisory Board

SAP services provider Ctac N.V. (Ctac) announces it is to propose the appointment of Mr. Ed Kraaijenzank (52) as member of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Kraaijenzank is known as a financial professional with experience in both small and large companies, start-ups and rapidly growing companies. Mr. Kraaijenzank is currently financial director at AVEBE and has in the past worked as manager and director at listed companies such as Exact and KPN. Mr. Kraaijenzank has experience in the areas of finance, economics, logistics, operations and ICT.

During the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on 20 May 2009, the appointment of Mr. Kraaijenzank as member of the Supervisory Board will be put to the shareholders for approval.

Mr Herman Olde Hartmann (Chairman) and Mr Ad van den Huijsen are scheduled to step down as supervisory board member after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Mr Olde Hartmann will be put forward for reappointment for a second term of four years. If the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approves the reappointment of Mr. Olde Hartmann, the Supervisory Board will once again appoint him as Chairman. Mr. Van den Huijsen is ending his third term and will therefore step down from the Ctac Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board further comprises Mr Hans Jägers.
